COVID_19 Event Guidelines

Health and safety is most important to Magical Memories Entertainment. We have hired a consultant to help us design our "COVID Guidelines" to ensure you, your staff, guests and our entertainers all remain safe and healthy.

As the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve and spreads globally, Magical Memories Entertainment will continue monitoring the situation closely and will periodically update company guidance based on current recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization.

Physical Distancing:

  • For live shows: Require audience to be seated more than 10 feet from performer.

  • For live shows: Require show performers to wear masks upon arrival, while setting up and break down.

  • Require all event staff to wear face coverings and gloves when interacting with guests.

  • Require all MME staff to wear face coverings when within 6ft of others.

  • Recommend all shows and events be conducted outside.

  • We will cooperate with all state and local health departments and venue management if an employee or guest tests positive, including affirmatively notifying state and local health departments and participating in contact tracing efforts to identify staff and guests who may have been in contact with the infected person (while also maintaining confidentiality pursuant to applicable regulations).

Screening and Testing:

  • Mandate that staff who are sick stay home (or return home) if ill

  • Implement day of event health screening practices which includes a questionnaire regarding potential COVID-19 exposure and symptoms over the past 14 days

  • Review all screening responses daily and maintaining records of this review

  • Report any positive COVID-19 cases to state and local health departments immediately

  • Prohibit employees with COVID-19 related symptoms from being involved with any events
